Note: Before submitting the abstract/full paper, please register. Please note that presenters who do not complete the payment will not be eligible for submission or presentation.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Format and Content
Abstracts: Abstract must not exceed 350 words which comprises of objective, methods,
results, and conclusions (12 point Times New Roman font).
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Paper Structure
Abstract: Followed the Abstract submission guideline. Abstracts must not exceed 350 words.
Full paper: Compose of introduction, methods, results and discussion, and conclusion (12 point Times New Roman). Figure(s) and table(s) are allowed.
References: The Vancouver style references format should be follow.
Poster presentation
Please pay attention to the following when preparing your poster:
- Poster layout Dimensions: 120 cm (height) x 80 cm (width), portrait format
- State the title and the authors at the top of your poster in easily readable bold letters
The presence of authors at their posters
The presentation duration is 10 minutes: 5 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Poster presentation will take place from 14:45 PM to 15:45 PM on May 13, 2026
- Poster Award Announcement will take place from 15:45 PM to 16:15 PM on May 14, 2026
Presenters must be present for the duration of their scheduled poster presentation session to "present" their poster content.
All posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
Oral presentation
Only abstracts/full papers submitted on or before 28 February will be considered for the oral and poster presentation competitions.
* Submissions that are not selected for oral presentation will be automatically considered for poster presentation.
